Can’t sign in

I was signed into my email originally, but my email address suddenly changed for work and I was unable to sign out. I’m now unable to sign into the previous email address, but it also won’t let me update to the current email address to try signing in to it. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times now and nothing seems to allow me to type in the updated address.
Can’t get it to notify me of new mail

Yes I’ve Googled and followed Boxers instructions for this. Doesn’t work and now I’ve missed important incoming and have to constantly pick up my phone and check, which is a complete fail when on call overnight. Switching back to Android.
No way to reset password

There is no way to reset a password. Uninstalled the app twice and still brings up the old info. Why do I need to enter my password when I use facial recognition? Big time fail.

This has potential but it’s not ready for prime time. I wouldn’t even call it a beta product at this point. I’m logged into eight accounts which is good that it allowed me to do that but it won’t allow me to access multiple outlook.com accounts at the same time. It only allows you to do one and when you log into the other it logs you out of that one and then you keep getting error messages back and forth that you can’t access one or the other outlook or live.com account. I was able to see all my emails at one point but now I can’t see any of them and I cannot figure out how to view them even though I’ve tried every configuration I can think of. I can see all my emails for any one single account, but I can no longer see the unified inbox. Also, there is a way to delay your notifications for new emails but no way to turn them off completely unless you turn off all notifications from this product in iOS settings. But then if you do that you lose calendar notifications which are important.

It’s a great app overall and certainly beats the stock Mail app! The biggest change I’d like to see would be the inclusion of a quick search by sender button! On the Spark email app, when you open an email you can just hit a search button at the bottom and instantly see any other emails from the same sender!

Missing basic features, and many features don’t work, such as notifications. How hard can it be in 2021?
No push notifications

Basic feature not working. Receive an error every time I try to turn on push notifications. Background refresh is on.

Absolute worst email App I’ve ever used. Cannot understand for the life of me why my employer would move our mobile email from Outlook to this total thrash of an App.
