Doesn’t notify

It won’t notify me of emails when my app is not open. I have all notifications turned on. But I have to open the app and see if I have emails. Then it notifies me. Frustrating...

Out of the box this thing has been a pain to set up and configure. It is better than the Good App we once used, but not as good as the Blackberry app we had most recently. I would expect an email type app to be configured by default to show sent items, deleted items, etc, but it does not. Hopefully we will change from this soon as it is really not a good app.

I don’t recommend this software. Too many logins, no notes, difficult to customize . Stick with Outlook or Gmail

Lost all credentials again with a loss of email and worse my contact list. Single worse app I’ve every used. Too bad my company requires the app.
