Box is awesome! I use it personally to store all my files and I can access them from any device and also update files! Bye Bye Flash Drive! Don’t have to worry about losing the drive or running it through the wash!
Randomly logs out and deletes all offline data

Ever since I updated the app on my phone this happens frequently and is making it very hard for me to continue using Box. It is no longer dependable for me and my work. Box team, please offer a way we can revert back to the older versions... I used an older version for years everyday and absolutely loved it. Now I’m left scrambling to put all my files on alternate platforms, just because of this cursed update. Thanks for listening to my cautionary tale.
Battery drain/system resources
I need to tell you...
Application runs on average 49min of every hour. Uninstalled, reinstalled, turned off background app refresh, restored iPhone, etc... please look into this huge system drain.
Box can’t upload photos

The recent version of Box can’t upload photos from iPhone photos. When uploading photos it gives message work completed but no photos are uploaded in the Box folder. The issue started happening after recent update to Box. Also choice of uploading photos to Box no longer appears in the iPhone Photos app. Something broke functionality of uploading photos to Box. Please fix it.
One item for the wishlist

I like that I can play my MP3 files with the internal player but I sure do wish the internal player could also play OGG files! The android version of Box has that ability, so maybe you guys can think about adding it to the IOS version? Thanks for any assistance.

Using box for a very long time. One of the best app. Easy to use, sync and share.
