Best DRM free audio book player that I could find. My only request would be to get a cast button on here so I can play my books through my Google homes.

Wanted to give this 5 stars, but I can’t for two reasons: 1. The audio stops playing when it reaches the end of the track if your phone’s screen is off. So you have to keep your phone open at all times if you don’t want the audio to stop. Completely unnecessary, unhelpful, and super annoying. 2. I’ve reached out to customer service and heard absolutely nothing in response. If it weren’t for the airdrop feature I would have got a refund. The convenience of airdrop is about the only difference between this and Books, which all of you know is a nightmare. Yes my iOS is up to date, as is the app. PLEASE fix this bug.

It got good reviews so I tried it. Doesn’t have enough functions and the ones it has don’t have much of an ability to be adjusted. I keep trying to like it because I spent money on it. I have loaded several books with no problem with web browser. The last book would only download parts 1-13 and then gave me errors with 14-20. With good is a book without the last third past.

This is a fantastic app. It’s the only option for audiobooks. Wish it had an Apple Watch app as well though.
Has trouble seeing folders in Dropbox still

I’d love this app, but I keep my audiobooks in a Dropbox folder, and Bound doesn’t see half of them. I can’t figure it out, and it’s always been this way.
Just STOPS for no reason

I’ll be listening to my audiobook and all is fine until it STOPS. I then have to close the app and reopen the app, select the book AGAIN and it starts playing again. If I am gardening or working on something this is awesomely irritating. I’ve emailed the developer 4 times and no response. I think this has something to do with the ‘sleep’ settings but nothing I do works. I don’t use sleep settings but I’ve tried every permutation still and nothing works. It’s a fabulous app and I’d love it if it just worked!!! Hey DEVELOPER!! Fix this. Oh btw, my son uses this on his iPhone and has the same problem.

I’ve been using Bound for a few years now and it feels like a close trusty friend. It fills the niche perfectly that I need it to. My only issue is that recently it does not accept books that I download that are larger in size. It’s rejected three books with no warning message or any sign of where they went. It says that it downloaded successfully and just does not appear in my library. Aside from this quite frustrating bug, I think this app is great.

There’s a bug that makes the app freeze after every chapter of your audiobook. Contacted the developer with no response.
