Bottle cap blitz. GREAT but need HELP

I've been playing this game for a long while. But on 11/25/14. All of my points of over 168, Thousand points disappeared. I no longer have any points nor is my levels showing. For some reason all of this is gone. Can anyone please help me get my game back the one I had. And not having to start all over again. But either way with or without my old points I still love this game. But its taking so long to get back to where I was. But I love it anyway. TY. JayBird693

I have soooooooo missed this game for last I believe about a year & 1/2..!!!!! It got deleted from my iPhone and I download it again. Now I'm starting all over, but that's ok. I'm ranking pretty good to have just got it back a day or so ago. I was sooooo addicted to this game.. LOL.. I don't even remember what level I was on, I jus remember it was in the 100's & I had like millions of coins. My granddaughter put it on my phone now, but it's under different email thing or whatever. Trying to figure out how to change my profile.. name, picture, etc. Can't remember how. ??
