Good app, could use more polish

Covers all the basics, with management of your BPL account being very useful (e.g. renewing on the go). It is annoying that the UI is unresponsive until the "recently viewed" carousel has loaded, when I never look at it.

I always am sick of logging in to my laptop to put a book on hold or whatsoever and this app is just great for doing what I need to do to manage my account. The app is useful to me when I'm on the go and it doesn't lag or crash (for me).

Love this app. It works better than you'd expect from an essentially governmental entity. It's pretty user friendly. I can look for books, put holds on them, then I get an email when my book is ready to pick up. Maybe there is a notification feature for this, but I hate getting notifications so not sure. It also lets me know when my books are due and if I've incurred any fines. Because it's as easy to use as the Amazon app, it's basically saving me money.
