I've been trying to contact moderators of the site to reset my password because of error messages for 2 weeks now and they haven't given me the light of day.
Stay away.

Borobooks customer service is atrocious. The app itself is clunky and unresponsive, and the 100% satisfaction guarantee is a farce. Im not one to write reviews but I felt this one was worth writing.
