I hate writing reviews but when I’m playing and waiting for the slots to get hot, the connection starts lagging and it drops connection making you start over again. I can’t deal with this. Super slick!!! Wish i can take back time. Anyone who wishes to play do it, you can always leave a negative feedback after. Wish you all best of luck.

Games crash , logs me out while I’m playing, takes money while I’m logged out because it continues to let me play! Just horrible app! They need a new update. It use to be great. I don’t know what happened..

Old Opinion - Whether it’s simply bad luck or terrible odds, this app has been abysmal. Slots rarely payout regardless of the game (tried different bets as well). New Opinion - Similar to every other gambler, I’m very agitated about losing money. App performs just like a casino would except it might even be better for the users since the overhead is very low. Anyway, Play+ card is one of my favorite parts. Instant deposits and withdrawals. So far, I’ve won several times and I’m satisfied.

It is impossible to withdraw the money you have won. But it is so EASY for them to withdraw the money from you bank account. That doesn’t seem to be an issue. I have been trying to collect my $60.00 dollars for over a month now! First check mailed was sent to “wrong address” and had to be canceled. So o try two more times to collect my winnings they say they are mailing it I check a week later to see what’s going on and the money is returned to my account. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!! I’ve never had issues like this with the Tropicana casino app. So I will continue to use them instead. VERY disappointed I use to visit this hotel a lot in Atlantic City but they are so stingy with comp rooms. I receive comp rooms from Tropicana resorts in ac about once a WEEK!!! They are not stingy and I will be sure to stick with only them. Very very disappointed...

Totally not worth the time to try and collect your winnings though an outsourced company in India. Can do nothing for you and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you they are the supervisor. Won a grand and have been waiting 7 days to be able to collect in person. Don’t waste your time and money on this site.
