I purchased the lifetime subscription but the app is terrible no way to change the password unless you logout and then it won’t let you reset the password, you must contact customer service every time and ask for help...... It’s just so badly designed it frustrates the user..... I have been asking how many devices I can use my subscription with and get no reply
Useless outside of San Diego/Tijuana

The app description did not make clear that it is limited to a single border crossing in San Diego/Tijuana. Don’t waste your time if you use a different border crossing (much less the Canadian border). I’m giving the app three stars only because it may be valuable for users of that west-coast crossing.

Great app as you can see real time and see how long it will be but some cámara angles are far and some cámaras far away and can’t really tell were the line is

This piece of cr4p is useless if you cross by walking and more. There are no cameras at PedWest since forever. If you pay the premium suscription for this app you will be sorry. Sc4mmers

Quiero abrir la aplicación y tarde mas en que abra que lo que duro en llegar a la linea, varias veces la camaras no tienen imagen y el retraso que tiene y demasiado.

This app is actually reliable and gives pics of the line so you can see how far the traffic is backed up. I would have given 5 stars but it requires iOS 8 or above and doesn't provide a report for Tecate. Even so, the app's website is available for those who cannot download the app.
