I have been WAITING for an app like this...it’s shocking that Spotify hasn’t capitalized on the social aspect to music sharing yet. Kudos to the team at bopdrop! The bare bones are here and the app is useable and intuitive. My only hope is that a monetization program is figured out quickly and development can take off. One feature I’d love to see ASAP is a waayyyyy more robust genre selector. It’s hard to find people to follow without this. If you’re going to be a music sharing app, let’s make sure we’re catering to the audiophile’s that will be this apps natural advocates! Would love to make more recommendations and sincerely hope this app succeeds!

Easy to navigate :) but post limits :(

NOT AS IMPRESSIVE

The wall and explore tabs are great, but posts are limited to one song per day. Understanding not wanting to spam followers, I think this should be limited to 3-5 per day. Especially considering that my wake up tunes vary from my midday and evening tracks.

I love the app I just got it and I love it, but it could use some adjustments. I’m not sure how music enters the app, wether you take it from Spotify and Apple Music specifically or if people upload music from their personal devices, but you should allow leaked/unreleased music onto your platform. It’s all over YouTube,spotify,SoundCloud,etc I believe it shouldn’t be that hard to do

Well I don’t normally follow up on tik tok ads, but I like the concept. It’s a really good idea, and not very often are people able to become pioneers of new platforms. Only giving 4 stars for right now though, using the app, the only allowing one post to your feed per day is bad, post amounts shouldn’t be regulated like that, also, it would be probably most beneficial to put a slider in on the songs or something, so the good parts to the song can be the main focal point of the clip of the song you hear. Again, glad someone made the platform for sure but don’t let restrictions hold back your platforms progress my guys. I’m willing to bet they’ll take off if they make those changes
