App is great when it’s working

I love the product when the app actually works. However over the past week I can’t make a single video or create a single project because I keep getting an error that says Whoops something went wrong so sorry try again later. It’s even worse because I’ve paid for the premium edition and can’t utilize it.

I pay a monthly premium to use this app and then I still have to pay for the Getty videos and pictures on top of the monthly subscription. There are other apps and services that if you pay for he premium service you get the pictures and videos for free. This is not how you retain paying customers. I’ll be canceling my service today.

It’s really amazing app but i saw the advertisement with Great arabic font , i can’t find cool fonts as saw in add, is there any plan to make option to add fonts, or update with arabic fonts? i can help with nice fonts

I saw your add with a golden pieces splashing in the air so I bought the App but I cannot see that golden splash .... The colorful splash is there but I don’t see the golden ... Easy to use. But didn't post to Facebook or Instagram. Instead it was very glitchy and I had to manually download the video to edit the posts. In the end, the video is pixelated! Don’t buy.

I just have to say that testing out the app is a complete failure: YOU CAN'T TEST WITHOUT PURCHASING!!! That's why I have it one star... 5 would have been excellent 4 wasting time and bandwidth on downloading 3 for being met with a trial offer 2 hate to review a software that's untested 1 for still not knowing the software or it's capabilities
