I’m all for a challenge, but constantly being paired with opponents 10+ levels higher with higher HQs is ridiculous.

I’ve played BB for 4+years and cannot get past 600VP. When you see the top players with over 2000 VP and from a particular locale is just frustrating. No way could you clear the entire map and get that many VP. Game was once fun but now it is a haven for cheaters. Developer will claim it has measures to ensure fair play but seriously how can other players be online 24/7? Play for fun but don’t spend money on this game.

I gave boom Beach 4 out of 5 stars because this game is really fun and I have 4 “pro’s” for you and 1 “con”. Although this game has its flaws it is still a very fun game to play, and even watch other people play.. The first pro is that this game has a fair matching system but one flaw is that if you are a level 60 with 290 victory points you will be matched against easier opponents and beat them with ease. You will also not get raided very often. But one reason why I say this is fair still is because the level 60 guy will not get many resources because the person they beat has no resources compared to what the level 60 needs. I think that pairing people with the level that they are would be less fair because people could find many ways around this like just upgrading troops or only upgrading defenses. With pairing people up with people at their VP level they can face people that they want to face. Not people the game makes them face. With the occasional cheater that thinks they are good by beating low levels. Another “Pro” in this game is task forces. I know that many people have said that task forces are terrible because the task forces expects you to attack even if you are a low level and can’t do much. I say that if people are making reviews like that they don’t play the game right at all. Task forces have you attack even though you are a low level because any damage is good damage on a base. And after the operation everyone gets a reward based on how many points that was destroyed. And people in a task force don’t want anyone getting free resources that you didn’t work for. That is why the people will kick you from one. Another great implement of this game is monthly subscriptions. There are two subscriptions in Boom Beach at this current time. Endless Reserves and Extra Builders. Endless reserves is 9.99$. This is when your troops take no time to reload and instantly do it. Although you still have to use the amount of gold necessary to reload them it will take no time rather than 45 mins. This has been very helpful for me and I definitely recommend this to anyone who is a good boom beach player and thinks they should use the ten dollars on their playlist. Extra Builders is a boom beach subscription that is 2.99$. If you purchase this you get an extra builder for an entire month. You normally get only one builder and can only build one thing at a time. This is very beneficial if you are needing to get a lot of attacks in and want to use your resources and not get them raided. You can also get up a lot of levels twice as fast if you are upgrading something everyday. I have had good experiences with this subscription too. I got up 3 levels in one month rather than the roughly one level each month. This has been a big help. Another the fourth “pro” in this game is the boom beach heroes. These are very good implements into the game because clash of clans also has this and boom beach is also quite similar. There are four Boom beach heroes. There is Sgt. Brick, Cpt. Everspark, Dr. Kavan and Pvt. Bullit. All these heroes have three awesome abilities that all use gunboat energy. These abilities work for you in attacks and you can use them to strategize in operations with your task force. One flaw in this game is the couple of bugs. Usually after every update there is at least one bug. The bug I am going to be talking about is the bug where you press attack on an operation and it boots you off the game. This has been a problem for me and my task force for a while. Since you can only attack once on an operation this is a problem. Recently one of the best players in the task force pressed attack and then the game proceeded to boot him off the game, his attack had been counted as an attack. We eventually lost the op and the reward was not as high as it would have been. Finally, I hope that this is helpful for anyone who is thinking of downloading boom beach but just isn’t sure yet. I definitely recommend this to you and your friends because this is a fun game and my brother and I got my dad and grandfather into it and they said it was not something they have time for. They made time once they started playing this game because it is fun.

I personly love this game but the first time I played it it was very cool but like nine months later I got bored and deleted it and a couple months later I got it again and got bored again but quicker and again and again but now I’m redownloading this again to see if I can ACTUALLY be competed to it. Basically im saying you can get easily bored in this game if you don’t stay cometed
