Why are we waiting a week for new seasons?

This game was awesome. Until you max out and nothing to do. So they release seasons making it enjoyable again for the old players. But when a season ends you have to wait a full week for a new one??? Why they should have these already designed and baked and ready. There should be no wait in between new seasons. This is one thing that’s Gould be fixed. As I will play the game for 3 weeks straight and then you get me to not touch the app for a week straight waiting on a new season??? Can you speed this up please.

This game gives me Clash of Clans vibes, yet it unique enough to not be called a copy. Overall I think it is one of the greatest in Supercells lineup.
Horrible customer service

Had connection issues (while on WiFi) and was forced to lose all my troops and wait over an hour to train them + lost 720,000 coins. Contacted customer service and they don’t even respond. Just constant roundabouts and never actually spoke with someone. Trash service
