I still love the game but got banned for account phising when I tried to get no old base which is hq 20 when I use they find my base a low level.

This is a very serious review on your game. I think it is a wonderful game that is really underrated. It’s very simple and can appeal to multiple audiences. All in all it’s just a good game that you can take the beaches in. However I have one suggestion, sometimes I wish the time would go quicker or we could all get one extra worker for free. I wish this because it would make the game feel less like a waiting game and more like an attacking the kid who just called you trash game. If that makes any sense. One other thing that is totally on my part, and I repeat, on my part, is how I deleted this app a few years ago and I was super far into this game. Last night I decided to open the app and see if it’s changed and play a bit. I was really sad when my stuff was gone and I was going through the tutorial again, is there a way to get my old account back? I don’t remember any details or anything. All I know is that I had over 1000 medals and my name was TankFighter or Shadow or something along that related. So just a recap, your game gives the player a feeling of tactical attack and defense which I love, The time might be a little lengthy, And I was stupid to delete this game.
Can’t get game to open

Whenever I try to open boom beach it goes they a start up with a loading bar on the bottom but when it gets full the screen blanks out and I’m back on my cell phone. Any ideas?

I have played maybe a dozen or so battles tonight and 3 times so far I have beaten the enemy and went into spectate mode and watched them finish beating my ship and they have gotten the victory. 3 times in 1 night. Another one awarded a draw after I clearly watched my opponent beat me AFTER beating him. This needs to be addressed. I have great service just like on last season when that stuff didn’t happen. The last straw was I beat my opponent in 3 mins and 4 seconds and it took him 3:13 to beat me but it gave him the victory after I just watched him play after beating him for nearly 10 full seconds. Not sure why this is happening but it is and I’m almost over this season already. Ridiculous!
Great game, just have a few suggestions

This games is a great game. But I do have a few suggestions. 1) On your other game Clash of Clans (great game btw) you have a single campaign. One of the things that would keep me coming back on to Boom Beach is some campaign levels. I keep on having to go on to Blackguard BaseBuilder to build my own levels. It’s okay I guess, but you don’t get any rewards. 2) In Blackguard BaseBuilder, I would really appreciate it if you expand what you could build. What you have right now is great, but if you could add like a mega crab layout or statues to boost defenses or prototype defenses or even Lt. Ham merman’s Super mortar and stuff like that, it would really expand the ideas of what you could make in Blackguard BaseBuilder.
