I can’t get off the ground with this app. It won’t let me sign up, I’m un able to even access the contact area to ask for help. I’ve attempted to sign up several times. I keep getting message that my user email and password doesn’t match, I’ve retyped it in a gazillion times and know it’s right but get same message. Tried to ask for help in Contact section, once I start typing everything goes blank. Was excited about using this App but if I can’t even sign up I can’t use it.
App crashes when I try to use camera for barcode scanning

The whole point of downloading the app for me was to speed up going through my book collection to check if anything was worth much. And the app crashing every time I try to scan a barcode negated that usefulness.
Keeps crashing on iPhone 11

The app was great until I updated to the iPhone 11. Now the app crashes after each book I scan. I have to reload the app for every book I scan. Please fix this.

I have this on an Android and iPhone and both of them either time out or say “ISBN not found” when it is easily found online. It will occasionally work probably 25% of the time.

Downloaded this app to try and sell some of my textbooks that i no longer need. EVERY book I scanned came back with “Invalid ISBN”. Even when i typed the ISBN number (both with and without dashes). Complete useless app. I’m hoping the website works better. I was told this was a great way to sell used text books.
