I ONLY have ONE complaint. First and foremost, I LOVE this app. My only issue, when paused and I paused the book actually goes about two chapters back.. other than that it’s great.
Need more audio books!

I absolutely love listening to audiobooks no matter where I go but unfortunately there is not too many choices. Would love to have more Classics preferably in English and from the Russian works as well. But whatever I was able to find was absolutely great!
I love reading but hate that you have to pay for the app

Yes I get it you have to pay for the books in store but you don’t have to keep paying for the same darn book if you already got it

First, it is actually impressive how Bookmate managed to have such a poor UX and app layout, when there are so many great UX designers out there! Looks like they’re competing for ‘the worst design’ prize, and successfully so. The app is hard to navigate, creating bookmarks is a nightmare, mails to support from the app just wont work etc. etc. Second, I have a paid full premium subscription, but can’t open any books anymore. Looks like there is a disconnect between my payment and my account. After digging through (unhelpful) FAQ, reinstalling and all sort of bending backwards to make it work, I am now sitting pretty and waiting for support to help me out.... Paid days are ticking, service not provided.

This app is a scam. It’s malicious, and it’s sketchy as heck. When I signed up for the free trial, (DO NOT DO) it wouldn’t let me turn it off, but rather kept giving me different payment options. The only way I was able to get the subscription off was to delete the app and come back in. It’s scary, it’s not right. And the downloading of books always comes with viruses. I don’t recommend using this app, something isn’t safe about it.

Such a great idea for app and such poor UX/UI. Just one day with this app and I want to delete it:( As a web designer very disappointed. It worth to pay a little more for design to make a great product.
