Waste of time and money

Spent a significant amount of time waiting my turn, paid my copayment only to find out AFTER our call ended and I submitted my review that the doctor could not send over a muscle relaxer to the pharmacy after he said he would?! I can barely move after pulling a muscle in my back. Really?! Need a face to face! Really, with all the sickness out there including the Corona Virus, no thank you. Very disappointing!

Long wait, but worth it

This is my first time using this app. The first try I waited over an hour before canceling my visit. The second try I got through, but I received a message saying there was a problem with the connection. The third time I waited about 45 mins. before finally speaking to a physician. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This is a great app. once you finally get through to someone.


Awful and buggy

Waited 2 hours last night only to be kicked off because the doctor went offline. Today I’ve waited almost 4 hours. Been kicked off the service three times waiting for a physician. I was next up for a total of an hour only to have the app disconnect me. Very frustrating.

Don’t support this garbage company! They destroyed what was once a great thing when it was still just Bon Secours. After merging with Mercy Health they took over the company it’s now gone to hell.. Mercy’s only core value is increased revenue and they are actively destroying anything and anyone to get it! Take your business somewhere else where you actually matter as a patient because this company only cares about what’s in your wallet.

Update: app has been updated and now accepting employees new insurance. Thank you. Please update App to accept the new Heath Insurance provided to Bon Secours Mercy Health employee’s on 1/1/2020 so that we may continue to use the convenience and ease of the App without the frustration and inconvenience of submitting to ins company ourselves for a “possible reimbursement”. Thank you.

So much better than having to go to urgent care! I had such a nice and helpful doctor help me with an extremely bad toothache since I can’t get into the dentist right away :)


Beware if you don’t have a prexisting prescription

I spent 50 for a doctor to tell me he can’t write me a prescription and to go to the doctor. Wonderful.
