This tracks body measurements and has good guidance on body fat testing, but there’s no chart to view your measurement history. If they added that I would like it much more!

Body fat guidelines are for men (as well as misleading), navy tape highly inaccurate. Progress report is only from last weigh in, not from beginning weight. My actual lean body weight is a full 8lbs more according to dunk test (gold standard for measurement) - this app goes by outdated calcs

Its not actually helping me lose weight its tracking what I enter ...also feel its mot user friendly.

I’ve absolutely loved this app and use it everyday with 100 clients. They loved it too. However this morning I was surprised to find that there literally is only 1 profile showing on my iPad and 7 left on my iPhone out of 100 I have had on both for about a year. I checked to make sure it was updated and iCloud restarted everything and nothing came back. I am going to give it a day or two to see if it magically appears but I know I am going to have some disappointed clients if I can’t recover their progress. What a bummer.....
