Glitchy

Water hose is useless

Great but needs improvement.

The games in this app are great and my son really enjoys playing with his favorite characters. However, for an app geared to young children, there are far too many text prompts...that young children obviously can't read. Requiring the player to confirm they wish to end a game or to select a level simply makes this game too hard for my 2.5 year old to play by himself. It makes him very frustrated and he often spends little time on this game, in favor of games which are easier to navigate.

No sound?

Sherski311

Just got this app but I can't get any sound on my iPhone or iPad. My husbands iPhone gets sound for some reason...

Awesome

My kids love this app, its their go to app all the time, it plays the theme song when you open it which is great because they love the song! It also has some great games to keep little ones busy, my 22 month old and my 3 year old play it with no problems or help from me :)

Disappointed

My 3 yr old loves all the Duck Duck Moose games, the apps are all cibrant and easy to navigate -- from the description, this Bob the Builder app seemed to follow a similar toddler-friendly style. In this app, however, very specific, and detailed, movements are required. If the movements are not performed exactly right a loud narrator commands the player to keep trying, there is no way skip past a part... My kiddo felt like the game was mad at him :/ ... It is probably better for older kids (5-7).

Sound stopped working

Nursemeg01

I don't know if we had a bug in our download. But after the second game the sound stopped working. The screen is really sensitive so it was constantly trying to quit and leave the game. I do not recommend this especially for children under eight as no one under that age could work this game!

Waste of money

Couldn't even get it to open paste the first screen. Tried redone loading multiple times even but it always crashed. Total waste of $2

Suggested change for red green colorblind children

Jess 1 1 14

My kids love this app, especially my 2 year old. However, for kids who are red green colorblind, the "who is it" games with beige grounds and bob with a light green shadow, they can't see Bob. My older one has said in one of them he can only see Bobs head because it overlaps another character, but another of the maps he can't see him at all. I suggest changing Bob to a blue or a darker shade of green.

Not great for 2 yr old

Princesslimabean

My 2.5 year old likes building stuff.... But this game wasn't great for him. Navigation isn't intuitive to use. The washing game is hard for him to use, especially the hose is just awkward to aim. Other than that, the puzzle and stickers don't hold his interest. There really isn't much in this game for him. He keeps asking to dig with the diggers but there is nothing like that here. I'm deleting it a few days after buying
