Maximum fun

dusharatort

Excited to try out this app. Have worked with this company before and they are great. Super easy way to get out on the water and have fun.

So easy

Was looking for a boat to rent for a special event. Opened the app and searched in my city. Saw several boats I liked. Was able to book one instantly and then talked to the owner. This couldn’t be easier. Looking forward to a great trip!

Never again

Had such a horrible experience! I rented a boat for a bachelorette party and when the day came, the weather was inclement and it was not safe boating conditions. We even have text messages from the captain agreeing that the weather was bad yet the captain nor Boatsetter would refund us our money. After complaining multiple times they offered $100 credit for a trip that was over $500. Ridiculous

Awesome

Quick, easy, user friendly

Rented a boat in Miami for my family and entire process was smooth sailing.

Easy to use and great selection of boats

LCWorldPeace

Easy to plan trips with a ton of boats as well as captains to choose from. I use both the app and the website, so it’s great to have everything available in the app when on the go

Buggy

Coral509

Too many bugs. Not user friendly. Won’t allow you to log in via Facebook on the app so can’t use it

Can’t use Facebook login

niltac

I booked a trip with a separate web browser. My account is using Facebook to login. The Facebook login doesn’t work on the app, so essentially this app is useless for me to manage my booking as I can’t see it in the app.

Can’t Login

Silversax01

Facebook login doesn’t work. App is useless without being able to access my account.

Birthday function does not work

Jayson916

Only allows birthdates before 1890 or after 2002. I can’t rent a boat if I’m younger than 18, which I’m 44 but there’s no other option
