I adore this game and have for a long time. BUT the tech support is awful. I purchased a package and didn’t receive the rolls I paid for. But it sure took the money. I emailed support to make a ticket. No response! I messaged the Facebook; one response only asking “Did this get resolved”. No. I lost my money and didn’t get what I paid for. I would give 5 stars if they fixed this. It was 800+ rolls. -.-

It’s fun and simple to play, but it does take quite a bit of time to level up. The only way to do so at a decent pace is to spend money.

This game cheats you out rolls you’ve purchased. Customer service is of no help as the can only see that you purchased and not if they actually dispurse.
