The iPhone X has been out for 2 years now and you guys still haven’t even updated the resolution to fit? Also the app looks ancient. BMI is one of the biggest PROs out there and you guys can’t even afford to update your mobile app? Embarrassing

You’d think an organization like BMI had more resources to put together a decent app that looks good with an user interface that’s easy to use. It looks horrible, doesn’t support the latest resolutions and you can’t do most of the things on the website.

Used to be 5 stars now I can’t login... I can log in on the computer fine but now this app is broken.
What happened?

Not the greatest app in the world, but worked well until about a week ago. Touch ID stopped working. Then the manual login stopped working. Even after deleting, reinstalling, resetting password... won’t work. Browser login still works.

App started out fine on my iPhone 7plus. About a month ago I noticed my touch id logging stopped working. Then I couldn’t log in period. Even after changing the password, reinstalling. Not good. I use my mac now
Can’t Even Login

Already reset pw, and my new pw DOES work on the website. But on the app, I continue getting an error saying incorrect login information. Double and triple checked that I had the correct info. Even reinstalled the app from scratch, to no avail. Very frustrating. BMI — get your sh*t together!!

I can log in on the computer but I can’t log in on this app every time I put the correct information in

I can’t even log in. I have changed my username and password more than once. I am still only able to log in on the website. I can’t log in on the mobile app at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it keeps saying invalid username/password. Yet it lets me log in just fine on the desktop.
