This is a great blurring tool. I've used it too blur busy backgrounds of bird photos. It has several effects to change the look of a photo. It is very easy to use. I recommend this amazing app.

Lots of control over style, opacity and placement of blur. Useful "unblur" tool for fine tuning. Crashes occasionally before I've saved the finished image and that's the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. ??
