I don't understand the concept. I just spin the blue print around and nothing happens no matter how I touch the screen.

Has potential to be an interesting game, but no instructions is annoying. Like the developer released before it was complete.

I guess I was not smart enough to play the game without tutorial, but once you see how it is played, it is actually quire fun. One bad feature, screen cannot be rotate
