Impossible to Set Up

I set up the account with HPF as instructed but when I attempt to start the actual blueprint, I get an error saying something went wrong and I should try again. I’ve tried over several days and get the same error on my phone and laptop.

So far not working

Looks amazing but can't get any further than looking at videos. No place to enter data. And why doesn't it show up in App Store when you search?? Can only find it as referral from their webpage.
