BLUECHXP offer users the opportunity to learn about the stock market through picking stocks. The process of making picks is intended to allow users the opportunity to learn about the stock market and to improve financial skills.

BLUECHXP believes in fair play and friendly competition. We aim to provide a place where registered users of BLUECHXP can learn good trading habits, we can aggregate the data derived from those trading habits, and all of us can foster a friendly and open environment for users to hone their skills and be rewarded for their successes.

How does BLUECHXP make money?

BLUECHXP is free to use at the basic level, which allows one stock Pick per period. Additional picks are available under the terms more fully described in the app. We hope additional picks will help users develop skills more quickly and will also help us to develop our data set. Your Wallet will reflect virtual profits or losses from the performance of your Picks. If your Wallet is negative and you want to reset the wallet level to zero, we charge you our wallet reset fee (another way we make money), but there is never any obligation to reset your Wallet.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. In jurisdictions, territories and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of the App is greater than 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement for the minimum age for permissible use of the App. If you are under the minimum age for permissible use of the App in your jurisdiction, territory or location, you may not utilize the App, except as a “Student User.”

Student Users:
We believe in helping youth understand the stock market and gain financial literacy in a safe environment through partnerships with high schools and their students. Student Users include individuals between the age of 13 and 17. Student Users may not make in-app purchases, and cannot redeem rewards, unless specifically stated.

We may in the future use the trading data generated by you and other Users (whether aggregated or otherwise) (“Data”) in connection with BLUECHXP’s affiliated entities’ proprietary trading and for other commercial purposes, but if and how we use that Data may vary. We believe access to the Data we collect better equips you in making Picks and trading education. Each User (including you) is granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited and revocable right to access and use all Data collected by us and made available to solely for such User’s personal, non-commercial and non-public use.
