Not worth the space...

While pretty, there isn't enough value in this app to warrant its place on my iPad. If there really is hundreds of hours of music in here, I couldn't find it in the midst of all the 20 second marketing clips...

An embarrassment of riches!

It is absolutely amazing to have access to all this great music on your iPad. Seriously, you can journey through this entire catalog of some of the greatest music ever recorded, learning the history and expanding your mind towards the future! I love Don Was' hep cat intro, as well. The only thing that would make these riches even sweeter would be if they had the actual liner notes listed on the album pages, rather than the All Music Guide reviews. Also, it would be nice to be able to browse the track listings and notes of albums other than the one to which you're currently listening. That's the only thing that knocks a star off the review for me. But I will get more than my $10/mo worth (for the Spotify premium account needed to access full tracks) out of this app. I'd used the app on my MacBook Pro before and I'm so glad it has come to the iPad. Great job, Blue Note!

What a let down

I was expecting a rich experience but only got 30secs clips. Be kind enough to link it with spotify or Rdio.

Amazing

App is incredible!! Great way to discover music in the Blue Note catalog. And yes... You can link your spotify account and listen to albums in full (for the person saying you can't).

No meat

I only found 30 second clips. Good music but where's the beef?

Only 30second Clips

Only worth the download if you already have premium Spotify, etc.

An app to fit the music

Blue Note has put out some of the most beautiful jazz, and their commemorative app is a great little platform to take in those tunes. Thanks for sharing your amazing catalogue!

Great app, but a few bugs
Robohymns

Great app, but there are UI issues. When using on iPhone 6, many elements don't like up correctly and run off screen. But the content and integration with streaming services is really brilliant. Fix the bugs, and 5 stars for sure.
