Fun but lost my progress

With the new update I lost all of the new balls I had gathered. It kept my story progress but this is kinda disappointing...

I got this game a few days ago and it was fine but since the new update the controls don't work smoothly like they used to. Now it's really wobbly and the balls make unintentional swerves

All my balls have disappeared twice now

I was really excited for this game! I loved it! Then, the problems started. It would crash, and the app would close it's self (did this A LOT) and second, randomly, it would delete ALL THE BALLS I GOT, so I would only have the one ball you start out with. And I love the concept of the game, but the glitches are just too much to deal with. Fix these, and I will for sure re-download.

This game was awesome... until the "update". Now the ball has a mind of it own. Fix the bug, please! So I can keep playing.
