Lost my progress even though I saved it to the cloud

I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year but I forgot to update it for a while so when I finally got around to updating it I saved my progress to the cloud every day then 4 days later I log on and my progress was completely gone. I tried to recover my lost data from the cloud but it just kept a black screen with the loading symbol and I waited but it wouldn’t do anything but glitch out after 5 minutes of waiting. I would give it 5 stars but my data was gone and had to start a new one from scratch, I’ve tried to create an account but it doesn’t let me so I’m afraid that my progress will be lost again and if it doesn’t then I will just quit playing, but I hope it doesn’t because it’s a really fun game to play when your bored. BUT ANYWAYS PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I LOVE THIS GAME BUT CANT GET MY OLD PROGRESS BACK OR START A NEW ACCOUNT AMD SAVE FROM THERE PLEASE HELP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The game is great but I wish they would let you keep the farmers and give you more medallions

Your daily challenges with the mission to reach such and such level is impossible I have tried for almost 2 days and I can’t get enough income to even get more than three towers the robot sent the overpowered regen and camo ballons my towers couldn’t pass round 14 and I can’t find another way please make this a little easier or just change the load out

I like the game and all, but 99% of the time people just do the same thing over and over, balloons, balloons, balloons, literally that’s what freaking people keep doing, it’s starting to drive me nuts?

I love this game but, when I try to do a battle, it disconnects me and takes away 2 energy, can you fix this? And I know it is not my internet.
