Can’t get this off initial screen.

It opens up the map with a monkey telling you “Let's find out how tough these Bloons are!” But there isn’t a button to click to go on he’s just stuck on the screen and it won’t allow you to click anything else. The game is enjoyable but this just ruins it.
Progress Deletions

I installed this game in 2018 I got some progress and had an account then all of it was wiped, I used my account code which I screen shotted but i couldn’t look in thanks to an error. I made another account got two tier 4’s and even SPENT REAL USD MONEY then it got wiped again, I tried the account code but It turns out it deleted my account entirely and now I’m logged into a random account. Least fun I’ve had in my life. Extreme letdown from ninjakiwi.

I love monkey city because it has that like building a town type of game with the balloons which makes it really fun
Adult content ads?

I’ve been watching a lot of adds lately to skip upgrades and I stumbled upon some ads that are not kid friendly at all like lust ads for games for adults only. I would really want you guys to fix this. I don’t feel comfortable with 9 year olds seeing and possibly some of them downloading these adult games.
Fun but slow

The game is very fun but I feel the progression is slow and takes a long time to upgrade and expand. It makes watching adds mandatory to have semi fast progression, however, the game itself is fun
