Easy to use! Tracks BP readings and averages. Better than trying to write it down every day and remember to take it to your doctor. I just show her the app and she can see all my BP readings.

I’m trying to stay off BP meds. Keeping tract of my bp with this app allows my doctor to review it and approve my no meds since I have ‘white coat’ syndrome and it’s always high when they take it.
