Ridiculous amount of ads

Love the board game so thought the digital would be fun. More than happy to pay for a game but want to try it out first. The amount and length of the ads are totally ridiculous - about the worst I have seen. In fact, so bad that I am not willing to reward such pathetic behavior by purchasing the ad-free version. Game seems great but if I can't actually play a game without a 30 second ad every move, how am I possibly supposed to get a feel for it. Most unfortunate - game seems fun.
If you know how to turn off the ads it's actually a great app

I figured out if you turn off your wifi, and go to your settings and turn off mobile data for this game, you play offline, and.... no more ads, for free! This works with all iPhone games that I have tried. Once you do that, it is actually a pretty fun little app!
Most frustrating

This is the most frustrating ad ridden game ever it was a total mistake to download. If I could give zero stars I would. Ads pop up every 45 seconds and are each 30 seconds long. Sometimes they pop up in the middle of your turn making this game totally unplayable. Do not download!!!!

Clearly these people are after money and money only for this app. The ad lengths are up to 100 seconds EACH and they are after almost every move you make. I would stick it out if it weren't for this but I can't handle the ads.

I never write reviews and this one had so many ads I had to. Sucked and was ridiculous that ads pop up every single move. Don't mind watching a few but a mandatory 30 second ad every 10 seconds is garbage.
How to ruin a beautiful game in an app

Have been playing Blokus for years and it's been at the center of lots of fun times for the entire family. But this app takes the joy out of it. First, there are too many ads. Second, the music is annoying. Third, the controls for the pieces are frustrating. Fourth, the 'player', i.e. the user, is up against three other computer-driven users. That's no fun and would suggest introducing an option whereby you can play against friends or strangers chosen somehow and introduce chat. Socializing over Blokus is part of the fun!

Holy sh!t, these ads are so annoying. I get it that they want us to buy and ad free version, but there is literally an ad every 15 seconds. So annoying.
