Save won’t restore

When i use to re down this game it would ask to restore my cloud save or start new. It didn’t do that this time instead it just started new with no prompt. Changes like that are terrible. Nothing changed about my device

Mine keeps having a glitch where the ads haven’t popped up all week and I can’t do tasks in the cinema because of this. Otherwise, I’ve played this for four years and it’s a good game!

I was enjoying this game for the last three weeks. I watched every single ad to get extra coins, now there are no ads at all! No pink birds, no casino and no theater....... I’m extremely disappointed! What happened???????
