I have reached level two and I cannot move the ball around at all! Even if I could the level is impossible to complete due to the placement of the blocks. Either fix it or help me beat it.

I got to level 22 and it won't let me move the ball around. At all! And even if it did there is no possible way to beat that level for the simple fact of how the block things are placed. Fix it. Or help me do this
