Problem, please help

Yesterday I could not access the game at all. Today I was able to get into the game but it set me back to level 447 I was all the way up to the solar array area. Therefore, I have not only lost all that progress but all the gates in between are closed. I have previously had problems and lost all my bucks ?. Can you please fix this ? I have been a loyal player for a long time.

Not extremely tough but some are pretty challenging. Like the tools. Would like to have other options to open the gates.

I spent my own money just to get pass stages. Now it's impossible to go on any further.

This is a great game but it could be better if while racking up the points to earn more "cheats".
