Best app for blocking access to social media

I can manage my time usage for using social media less than 5 minutes of using In Moment. This is truly a great app

Every single day , I spent a lot of time for using social media to share my moments with friends and other strangers but when I was in troubles, nobody helped me . So I decided to limit my time usage for them from now on . I feel so good right now. Thank you

I have used many apps to block access to social media but they are only have one function "Block" unlike In Moment , it has both "Block" and "Limit" functions in one app.
