While I love the concept and that it actually works when the app is functional, it doesn’t work at all 50-90% of the time. It’s the VPN that I think is the problem. At any given time, when I wake up my phone and attempt to do something with it, the VPN won’t connect. That means everything on my phone stops working because suddenly there’s no connection. It’s the most maddening and frustrating thing ever. I had the $4.99 version for a while, but cancelled it because I deactivated my Facebook account. Now I’m back on FB, this service has become $5 more expensive, and it no longer works with any kind of consistency. Sigh. Disappointing to say the least. Absolutely going to cancel free trial and not pay a penny. Don’t bother with this. Please.

I'm addicted to my phone. Plain and simple. This app along with boot camp has helped me shave over 45 min off my daily phone usage in just 2 weeks. I love how seamlessly in integrates with my usage in the background too.

I really like the concept of this app but it's tedious to get a real reflection of how much you use your phone. If the app stopped tracking when the phone was locked aka put away & not being used I would actually use it.

LOVE this idea! It's a little too much to have to remember to turn the timer on and off every time I'm using my phone...if it was automatically able to track when my phone is active or not it would be my favorite!

This app definitely gave me a lot of insight as to how much time I spend on my phone. It has helped me set goals for how much time I want to spend on my phone each day. It is very easy to use. I would highly recommend it.

Hasn't accurately been tracking usage.. It's been telling me every 5 minutes that I've been on my phone hours + (keeps going up every time the notification banner pops up every five minutes). Great idea but needs some vast improvement.

Excellent app! Great way to keep track of how much I'm using my phone and when during the day I'm using it. It's like weighing myself on a scale. By keeping track I stay mindful of my habits so I can change them. Thanks!

Like many people I am adductor my phone. In moment let's me track app usage, time spent staring at my screen, and schedule screen-freetomes. It's hard kicking the social media habit, but thanks to In moment I'm doing it.
