Honestly , get rid out of using Facebook or Instagram is not an easy thing so if 9.99$ monthly is the cost for deleting them out of my life , i'm willing :)

It tracks exactly how much time that I spent for using social media even a minute and from that chart I can control my time management more efficient

I've been using thus app for a few days now it's simple to use and I think i should try it for one month to see what I will react

I have tried many ways included different apps or even ask my husband to hide my phone somewhere but none of them work . Fortunately , In Moment works quite good to help me spending less time for social media by setting a daily limit
