Inspired by tried and trusted time management techniques including the Pomodoro technique™, a block is a 25 minute visual countdown that gets your productivity flowing.

With the app, you can:
- Use a 25 minute timebox to do more in less time
- Manage your energy levels through regular breaks
- Measure your day and week simply by seeing your number of blocks
- Color code a block for the activites that you do often or care particularly about
- Have greater understanding of where your time goes

Our own experiences meant we felt the pain and challenge of thinking big and chasing down meaningful goals. Our small, talented team painstakingly designed Block & Flow around three principles; simplicity, happiness, and to be frictionless. Simplicity meant making it easy, so that each day was easy to get started and thus going. Happiness meant the enjoyment of pursing something worthwile and an inner satisfaction. To be frictionless, meant getting out of the way, so your focus is on getting it done.

Block & Flow is a beautiful system for a productive day. Our experiences, and that of our early supporters, is that the app creates a satisfaction for your day. Our goal is to have an impact on your life, and to enable you to achieve incredible outcomes. We are a friendly team, so if you have ideas or thoughts, we are always ready to listen.

Happy Block & Flowing.

Really convenient to use, doesn’t get in your way.

I loved using this but...

The developer added a new subscription feature to support development of the app. That’s OK unless you purchased the app under a previous agreement. You could’ve done one of two things. First, you could have continued with this app and called it the classic version or something of that nature. You could’ve continue to update it and allowed for further use out of it for those of us who purchased it in good faith and wanted to continue to use it. Failing that and to me what would have been the better option would have been to grandfather everyone in who had already purchased the app under your old agreement. This way, you would’ve had a built-in base that would have advertised the app for you virally. Instead, I’m going to delete the app and go back to using “Forest” which has been upgraded frequently with no additional charges. I had purchased it also but ditched to B & F for reasons I had at the time. This was bad execution for your customers. ??

Pretty and useful

I enjoy this aesthetically pleasing way to stay focused - my day is a mosaic of different task categories!

Where’s the loyalty?
Hola señor!

This used to be a great app for me and I paid the one time fee for the upgraded version. Now it’s completely unusable without a pro subscription. I understand applying a new business model to new customers, but where’s the loyalty for your early, paying customers? How about honoring the purchase agreement that was in place at the time? I held up my end of the bargain. You got my money.

no bajen esta aplicacion
jon alba

los desarrolladores establecen precios despues los cambian a su conveniencia. yo compre la aplicacion en años previos y ahora no me dejan usarla a menos que pague una suscripcion. yo nunca soy de escribir impresiones de aplicaciones pero estas personas son ladrones porque si no me dejan utilizar la aplicacion que pague a menos que me suscriba. never download this app the developers male price for the app the later change to their interest. I buy this app years before and now i can’t even use basic funtions unless i pay again pther price they put now. i mever write revoew about apps but this people are thief

Focus in Simple Block of Time
JoeMcJoe

Focusing is a hard. This app tries to make it easy. All you need is 25 minutes to start building blocks to more focused timeframes in your life.

Very helpful
currently procrastinating

This app is mostly just a pretty timer. It won’t actually stop you from distracting yourself and it’s history function is sort of useless. However, it makes it really easy and gratifying to time 25 minute focus blocks, which is apparently exactly what I need to get stuff done.

Helped me start writing a book (and I finished it!)
Jake ?

Simple, beautifully designed, and best of all, very positive. Block & Flow is a great way to get started.

Now I have to pay?
MaGradStudentLife

I was using this as a way to keep myself focused. But suddenly I have to pay 2.99 a month to use the app. It’s essentially just a timer and I do not want to pay.

Great timer app
hvmono

Unfortunately there isn’t much directions on how to use this app.
