Connection issues

The game doesn’t load half the time in the beginning. I have to keep refreshing the app. Once it works, the game is really fun and no lag or glitches as far as I can tell. Why does it take so long to connect and fail half the time though? I have very fast internet so please try and fix this. Thank you!

I remember back in 6th grade my friend told me about the game I had no clue what this game was but when I got it I was amazed it was sooo good every little bit of it I was there since the beginning not a lot of people can say that all the old fanbase (most of it) is gone this is due to the game turning into a pay to win I haven’t played in a few years but I don’t need to just reading the reviews is enough all I got to say is IT was a good game but those days are gone now R.I.P blitz brigade We will miss you

It takes forever to get in sometimes I even have to disconnect wifi to get in and if that doesn't work then I try reloading the page and if that doesn't work then well...

You wanna make a good game make the loading quicker I’ve only got to be in a single round twice because i cant deal with the loading times. imma spell it out L O A D I N G. T I M E S. A R E. B A D. for everyone who wanna download have fun staring at some bad animation and the same picture for 30 mins!

The game is great I mean it’s amazing, I just think you should make it iPhone X compatible because it looks kind of weird with the bars on the sides.If you don’t update it I understand I’ll still completely love the game.

Back in the day the game used to be fun a realistic World War II game I'm not saying that it's not fun but ever since I had all the stuff like that demo man and an engineer it seems more and more like a rip off of team fortress two on top of that the more money you spend the more have a good time you'll have which isn't fair to free to play players

Just downloaded today. Game gets “stuck” loading. I’ve read other reviews saying the same thing! Why haven’t you fixed this? Are you reading your reviews??
Can’t get data back

I have called emailed but everything is slow and I get no real help . The customer service is horrible. You can get better service at a fast food restaurant. I just want my account back but it takes ages for a email back it’s been atleast a week since the last email. I call regularly to see if that could speed up the process, but no they give me the same answer “ we will email you” and never do. And there phone is never on when I call I always have to wait a day or two to get to an agent. I love this game it’s fun but when u spent time and money into a game I think I should be able to get my account back or compassion.

This game is basically team fortress on mobile. Excellent graphics, so many weapon choices and even decent character customization. Definitely my favorite shooter for iOS.
