Only watch for AEW

Can’t watch my purchases and can’t play in full screen. Purchases aren’t available to view 24 hours after event ends. Purchases don’t stay on your account when you log in into their website. The customer service is horrible. Asked customer support if I would be able to watch my $50 event (Double or Nothing 2019) but no answer. Only reason to have app is to GIVE MONEY without getting anything in return. I wish AEW would go back to fitetv. At least I could watch the programs with that app.
Freezes constantly

It’s taking forever to load on my android and freezes on the iPad. Will be deleting the. It’s terrible.
