Solid App

The Blaze TV app is a solid app and does a good job playing live video and video from the blaze tv libraries. However after using other internet based media apps I’d like to suggest a few features that would really improve my experience. 1. Add a live radio button to play the blaze radio network live natively in the app. To listen to the radio stream in the mornings live I end up going to the blaze’s website because often times I don’t need or can’t watch the video. 2. Add an audio option in addition to watch button. It’d be nice to have the option of an audio stream only instead of a video option for playback of old videos and live videos both. 3. Add a download option to download episodes of shows and podcasts for when I’m unable to access good WiFi/LTE. I enjoy the app, just suggesting some features I’ve noticed and enjoyed in other apps.

Happy with content but the app needs improvement

Needs 30 second fast forward button instead of only 10 seconds. I can’t watch live due to different time zone and archived shows take forever to show up on the website... the next day and sometimes 2 days later. If stitcher can get the replays up within a couple hours (or less) why can’t BlazeTV?

Great content-buggy app

I have been a subscriber since day 1 launch of the Blaze. The content is awesome but the app is buggy. I rarely get through a 5 o clock episode without the message “your account is in use on another device“. Then the message changes to “content unavailable “ this happens on my iPad or Apple TV. This happens also when watching other shows on the Blaze. I only log into 1 device at a time (with the other device turned off). As an example, today I started the 5pm show, it ran for a few minutes, then gave the message. I restarted Apple TV and starred it again. This happened the whole show. I know I have the latest version of the app installed. I think I saw a total of 7 minutes. Please fix this app!!!

Please fix the issues in your tvOS app

The tvOS app overall has a nice design and navigation. I love the content but the app is not up to snuff. There are some issues that need addressing and improvements that should be implemented. Issues: 1) Every time I want to watch a livestream, I see a dialog that the content is not available or that I need to purchase a subscription either though the livestream has not ended and I have an active subscription. The only way that I’m able to get to the livestream is to manually kill the app and relaunch. 2) Sometimes during playback of a livestream, I get kicked out and the “this content is not available” issue happens again as noted in 1 when I try to get back into the livestream. 3) Sometimes during playback, the app will stop playing audio and usually I have to kill the app and relaunch to get the audio to work again. Improvements: 1) Ability to scrub a livestream. 2) Ability to open a livestream several minutes before the start time so I can see the start of it. Right now, I always miss the first few seconds or even minutes of each livestream.

Great App and Organization

The application works very well. It always picks up where I left off. It’s also nice being able to play the audio of a program, without having to leave the video up on my device. It has more content that I can consume, but that’s not a bad thing. The organization is extremely helpful and responsive. They’ve not missed a beat whenever I’ve needed assistance with my account or anything else. Check them out, and enjoy.

I thought G.B. was a little more honest that this. Can’t log in, cannot verify email and I was charged $10. I guess GB has forgotten where he came from, from being a coke head who was sleeping in his car, to a multimillionaire shyster.

Great group of engaging commentators. Would love to see the radio stream and news articles incorporated into the app. Also podcast button can be a bit buggy. Keep up the great work!
