Can’t even download videos

I click on the button to detect a video and there’s CLEARLY a video on my screen. And it says there’s no files. What’s the point of the app then?

This app doesn't work as described. And I don't know how to request a refund. Don't buy it!

Interface is simple tutorial is really easy to understand but I have to keep the app open just to download files, which is pretty inconvenient

Used the app to download videos but the app crashes immediately after opening and I can’t get to them anymore. Also certain video types are not detected
