Good game but stalls out around stage 450. Weapon levels and gear no longer improve your character enough to push forward at a decent pace, so boredom set in and I quit playing

I don't know if it's just me or if I'm missing something, but I'm not getting any gold while I'm not on the app, I closed it out yesterday and when I came back on there was nothing to collect... I played it on my Samsung and it gave me offline gold but on my iPad version it isn't... when do I start getting offline gold? I'm at level 32 at the time of this review. I give it four stars because of that problem.
