Very fun and challenging. For those who think it's too difficult, I suggest playing against another human player until your skills improve, or use the UNDO button often. Tip for beginners: always block an opponent's 3 in a row (unless you can make an unblocked 4 in a row). Be aware of Diagonals. Remember the Connect Four commercial? "Here, diagonally." "Pretty sneaky, Sis." To the developer: I would LOVE to see capture mode added. Placing stones on both sides of 2 of your opponents stones will capture and remove those stones. Please see the rules for Pente. Personal preference- I don't really like the blue energy marks.

Good game, the best Gomoku that I am aware of. Can use some further improvement. At the "Hard" level, the AI does not recognize obvious 4stones row repeatedly. Further refinement would make a great game.

The interface is simple, but good enough. The board looks like real and it is a fun game. Above all, it is free. It is a nice, fun game.

It's probably the best free gomoku game I've found so far in terms of it's looks, ease of play, and lack of advertisement clutter. The only thing I would knock it down for is it's AI--not because it's bad, but because it's TOO GOOD. If an experienced gomoku player is filling the entire board on very easy mode, I think the AI is playing MUCH too mercilessly for beginners. But if you've been playing gomoku for a while and want a good AI opponent, this one is pretty good!

Absolutely amazing: best looking Gomoku game yet! No ads, and it's free! AI seems smart. Network game is available. I don't see much people yet playing randomly, but maybe not angood time of day. You did an amazing job. It's the best gomoku experience out there. UPD: one ad sneaked in once. But then disappeared... What could that be? UPD 2: too many ads appear now on the top, spoil the game atmosphere (color and flickering) and the overall experience. Down to 2 stars for that, until further notice.

I'm a good player, looking for a good AI. I compared many other games, and this is the only one (very hard mode) that can make me really think and have fun.
