It crashes all the time sigh
They use the wrong symbols in order for a player to watch videos and receive different chips than shown. Also, you can not redeem money later on because they do not contact you back.

I have figured out that by playing the games you earn GOLD coins which are then redeemable for gift cards once a 5000 threshold is met. I have a few basic questions about the app and I don't know where to find the answers! 1. How are gold coins earned when playing the games? Am I supposed to win a certain # of hands in a row in order to be rewarded with GOLD coins? 3. What causes me to lose my GOLD coins? If I lose a certain # of hands in a row I'm deducted a GOLD coin or two? IF I COULD GET A LITTLE FEEDBACK AS TO WHETHER MY UNDERSTANDING OF HOW THE GAME WORKS, ID RATE 5 STARS!!
