The controls are very simple. Just tap on wood! All the control "buttons" are on the wooded part of the table near the bottom of the screen. For example tap "25" to bet $25. Tap "Deal" to deal cards. When in doubt, tap on wood. :)

This is a clever little game that helps pass the time on the train or bus (or while waiting for your spouse to get ready before going out). It's also good practice before hitting the tables in Vegas.
