قمت بشراء برنامجكم لمدة سنة واردت اعادته لجهازى الجديد مع خاصية الغاء الاعلانات الا انه لا يعمل فما الحل ؟

I have been using this app I believe from the beginning. I have to say I loved it. Since I kept seeing all the never ending ads ( which I understand why they do ) my experience and expectations just went down hill. Guys I haven’t been able to download a single thing with you in a long time. Sad story. Please fix it

Can’t restore my purchases! ترى اموال الناس كلها في ذمتك وانت تعرف انك اخذتها منهم ولا اعطيتهم مقابلها يا اما تحل مشكلة استعادة المشتريات او ترجع للناس حقها . تقدر تتجاهل اليوم لكن ما تنفعك والله يوم الحساب
