I love my little beast ! He’s great! A couple times he gets stuck but I have a complicated floor plan and a long floor plan so sometimes he doesn’t make it all the way back to charger.But that’s not that often and the amount of dust and dog hair he controls on a daily basis is amazing! I was going to buy one of the more expense brands but after talking to friends that have them unless you own a zoo and need it to dump it’s self it just not necessary $$$$!!I just schedule him when were asleep and it’s done it’s great.i clean the brushes once a week maybe and dump it. Easy I can also move him to a room to spot clean house if needed. I’m a little (OCD ) so I’ve learned to just let it do it job not watch it it will eventually get everything up! lol! ?

I open the app, hit clean and I walk away. Granted, I have to drive it around when it’s done to hit some spots it didn’t, but that’s inevitable.

It’s so nice to come home to clean floors. I teach students with special needs and although the work is rewarding, it can (at my age) be exhausting. The last thing I want to do is come home and sweep my hardwood floors. I’m now able to get up in the morning, and have coffee while lesson planning while my IRobot takes care of three rooms and a hallway.
Unable to log into App, but app works

I have an iPhone XS Max with iOS 12.4.1. I can log on to B&D website just fine but can NOT log in to app. It would say, “Could not complete request. Please try again.” Try to create new account with app, it will say same thing. Went on my old Android phone and was able to log in on app just fine. Love your products, and really want to love your app also. Please Help!!! I will still love your products!!!!

Can someone please update this app. I downloaded the OS13 and now this app crashes and I can’t put the vacuum to clean. Help!!
Doesn't work on iPhone 11

Just upgraded to iPhone 11 from my 7 Plus where the robot vacuum was controlled flawlessly. When I try to sync the vacuum to my 11, the app freezes and force quits. Frustrating!
