Blackberry/Good really needs to release a better product. Everything is in disarray when trying to install their server

Worst of the Worst

The most cumbersome, non-user friendly app I've ever seen. How can this be a corporate standard for anyone?

Terrible

This app is super slow to sign in and only holds the last few of your emails in your inbox.

A new coat of paint - same issues with Touch ID

Nice new colors and name. Trying to hold on to the BlackBerry name. I get it. Good job on that. But could you, PLEASE, actually fix Touch ID? This is the only app I have that "supports" Touch ID but never actually works. Come on, now. Can it really be that hard? Apps I have from three employee companies have it working just fine. BlackBerry can't get it to be a reliable feature? And if you're struggling with it so much, just remove it until you fix it.

Good not Good Enough?

Good for Enterprise worked just fine. Even Touch ID worked. This new version has dull colors, is slow, Touch ID isn't working and I can't access any work related hyperlinks. Just give it up Blackberry.

Horrible technology

This is the worst. Can't believe our company signed up to use this.

Unbelievably bad

Auto-updates and now it's self-blacklisted and won't run. This is the premier enterprise mobility solution on its best supported platform?

Mind blowing junk

As an IT person it absolutely blows my mind this app passed any testing and people actually thought "wow this is an awesome experience". I will literally get a notification for an email then when I check my email it's not there and takes a long random amount of time for them to show up. Why anyone would use this for their company is baffling. Don't do this to your employees especially if you and they have important things to do.

Cannot understand why this secondary app is even necessary

Some settings are in this app and some in Blackberry Work. Why in the world do I need two apps? The interface appears straightforward, but as an end user I'm not sure where settings land. Are they in UEM Client or Blackberry Work? You have to hunt to figure it out and I just don't see why that complication is needed.

Worked as it should.

I think the bad reviews are just confused user. UEM is an authentication app and it worked perfectly for me.
